My latest iPhone / iPod Touch development has been submitted to Apple’s App Store. It is currently sitting in an “In Review” status. It was rejected once already because of the non-public API method setDeviceOrientation.

I just thought I’d share this information with other developer’s just in case you didn’t read the Terms or otherwise are not aware of this. If you use any non-public API methods in your iPhone app and submit it to the App Store, it will most likely be rejected.

A Geek Clock works on the same principle as the Binary Watch App but is far more advanced and has many more features. For instance, you can pick from a variety of colors to use for the LED’s as well as choose between a 12 and 24 hour format. You also have the option to override the devices default Auto-Lock setting, this is useful if you want to keep the clock running while having it sit on a nightstand or end table.

Another option that’s included is called Learning Mode, which allows you to turn on or off a learning mode which displays the time and the binary numbers to the right of the clock.

More information will be made available when the app is officially available on the App Store.

Feedback is always welcome and appreciated.
